This is the “Preparing to go digital” short course.
This course has been developed with Log My Care.
This course is aimed at manger and directors who are looking to swap their analogue and paper based systems over to digital solutions.
It consists of 3 modules and 2 assignments. The assignments have been designed to be practical tools that you can use to help you along your digital journey.
In module one you will learn about:
- the benefits of going digital
- how to assess your current processes
- planning what you want from digital solutions
In module 2 you will learn about:
- David Gleicher’s formula for change
- Supporting your team with change
- Understanding team fears about digital solutions
- Who to involve when planning to go digital
In module 3 you will learn about:
- The questions you need to answer before switching to digital
- How to plan your pilot
At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion and also attain 6 IHSCM High Performance Leadership Competency Framework Points towards Leadership Excellence, Workforce, and Innovation.
These 6 points will comprise of
– 1 Leadership Excellence Points
– 2 Workforce Points
– 3 Innovation Points
