Wellbeing Resources

We are delighted to offer members the CredibleMind resource; a free online mental health resource designed to help people manage and enhance their mental wellbeing.

TAP (Thank And Praise) is a unique social thanking platform to thank unsung heroes working in healthcare and education, while raising funds for good causes. Listen to TAP’s Gratitude With Attitude Podcast (episode 13) to hear from our Director for Social Care, Sue Jones, and the importance of gratitude and recognition in health and social care.
