Wellbeing Resources

We are thrilled to partner with Hapstar. Their app focuses on empowering people to take care of their wellbeing, while enabling our members to speak up on matters that are important to them.

Take a tour of the resources and sign up for this IHSCM member benefit.

This guide is curated by our Workforce Wellbeing Special Interest Group based on their experiences and insights into workforce wellbeing. It provides a range of practical solutions, tried and tested in various NHS and social care settings, that allow workforce wellbeing to be boosted and maintained. We aim to update it regularly, so please forward any further examples to us so we can incorporate them into the next edition via [email protected].

#WellbeingWednesday

Please follow us on Twitter to help us promote our #WellbeingWednesday initative: @IHM_Tweets.

The purpose of Wellbeing Wednesday is to share a resource, event/activity, inspirational post/quote, recorded piece, what members are doing, and promote looking after our emotional wellbeing, as well as physical health.

Catch-up on Wellbeing Festival sessions designed by our Workforce Wellbeing Special Interest Group and Mental Health Special Interest Group.

The sessions were designed to equip our members and non-members with a toolkit of resources and ideas to improve individual wellbeing and the wellbeing of their teams, family, and friends.

All of these sessions were recorded, and you can access them for as long as you need them via this section of our website.

You will also find links to apps, electronic resources, support, and events to promote and improve wellbeing and mental health.

This event has CPD accreditation, complete the boxset and receive 15 CPD credits.
