IHSCM Free Course Terms and Conditions

 

By enrolling in any free course offered by the Institute of Health & Social Care Management (IHSCM), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• You must be an IHSCM member to access free courses.
• Membership must be active at the time of enrolment.

2. Use of Course Materials

• All course content, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and assessments, is the intellectual property of IHSCM.
• You may access and use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All rights are reserved by IHSCM. No part of the course content may be:
  
  • Replicated
  • Reproduced
  • Distributed
  • Published
  • Transmitted
  • Modified
  • Uploaded to any platform or shared in any format, except when required for submitting assignments as part of the course assessments.
• Unauthorised use of course materials may result in termination of membership and legal action.

4. Code of Conduct

• Members must engage respectfully and professionally in all course-related activities.
• IHSCM reserves the right to remove access to courses for any member who violates these terms.

5. Changes to Terms

• IHSCM reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the courses constitutes acceptance of any changes.
