We are delighted to to call Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) the home of our Wales Country Hub.
Designed for members living or working within the Welsh health and social care system, our Wales Hub will provide opporunities for members living and working in Wales to network through regular meetings, workshops and conferences on Welsh health & social care topics.

All Wales NHS Staff were invited to attend our upcoming HealthChat with Andrew Goodall, CEO NHS Wales on Tuesday 30th September 17:00-18:00.
Andrew Goodall, CEO for NHS Wales and has been at the forefront of the Welsh government’s response to C-19 as well as the principal architect of the devolved approach to health and social care in Wales.
Andrew is a long standing member of the IHSCM and this will be a hugely insightful and fascinating exploration of what it is like to head a national health service. How does he balance operational independence with political directives? How does he handle budgeting? Is health and social care integration in Wales to be admired or still a work in progress?

With our Wales Hub partnership, all IHSCM Members have access to HEIW’s Gwella portal; Providing access to free leadership resources and signposting to leadership development opportunities.
Members also have access to the Compassionate Leadership Principles for health and care in Wales. Â
