This course builds on the Introduction to Mentoring Programme and teaches you the skills needed to engage, motivate and enable improved team performance.
Welcome to the Performance Mentoring CPD Accredited Programme, produced by Blend Associates Ltd‘s Jeff Matthews, Faculty Trainer and Coach, and Amanda Reynolds, Managing Director and Founder.
This course will take between 6-8 hours to complete, with course assignments, opportunities to reflect and practice your learning, and assess your overall learning with an end of course quiz. You must achieve 80% on the quiz to complete the course and receive your certificate of completion awarding you with 6 CPD credits.
You will also attain 9 IHSCM High Performance Leadership Competency Framework Points towards Me, Myself and I, Leadership Excellence, and Workforce.

holding people appropriately to account and confronting poor performance.
• Learn to mentor in a way that is engaging and motivating
• Be introduced to a comprehensive performance mentoring programme to transform your team.
• A virtual programme designed and facilitated by experienced coaches/trainers
• Train at pace that suits you with up to 6 months to complete the programme
• Supported by a reading list, quality learning modules, a bank of tools and powerful questions
• Access to programme facilitators during programme by email for support if required.
There are 4 Modules to complete:
Module 1: An Introduction to Performance Mentoring
Module 2: Using language and the HOPES model to develop performance
Module 3: Developing scales and Dials to hold people to account
Module 4: Building a Performance Framework
