Each session will have tasking/opportunity work and a quick overview review of the previous session content. At the end of Module 5, you will be asked to submit a 500-word self-reflection about your experience and takeaways from the course. You will then receive a certification of completion.
IHSCM Members will also attain 8 CPD Points and 10 HPL points for the High Performance Leadership Competency Framework: 3 points towards Me, Myself and I, 3 points towards Leadership Excellence, 2 points towards Workforce, and 2 points towards Operational Leadership.
