IHSCM Workshop: Effective Communication and Negotiations Skills
Join us for Workshop 5 of 6 with Claire Mould, Director of Curve Strategic. This workshop will discuss successful negotiations in practice, identifying what works and what the focus is for successful negotiations.
Summary:
This programme will detail the significance of style and behaviour in successful negotiations, and define the importance of establishing your own style and behaviour when negotiating.
The programme will focus on how to manage emotions and mitigate conflict through developing an understanding of how to manage your own and others emotions and minimise discord with the aim of achieving better results for both parties.
It will outline integrative negotiation skills, exploring the most appropriate approach and negotiation process for individuals to adopt when negotiating across a range of issues and with a range of parties.
These workshops are FREE for IHSCM members* and available to non-members for £12.00** per module.
Post-attendance:
After your participation in each workshop, you will receive an electronic certificate which reflects your participation. In keeping with reducing our carbon footprint, wherever possible, we ask you to print out or save this information, and certificate your end.
