The Institute of Health & Social Care Management exists purely to support and encourage the development of its thousands of members and has a number of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) available to members and non members. We have several SIGs that highlight particular themes and functions within Health & Social Care and meet to network and plan events and reports.

 

Join us for a virtual conference organised by the members of our Workforce Wellbeing Special Interest Group.

 

Attendees will receive practical and physical tools to practice on the day and implement them back into their workplace.

14:05-14:25 The Cave Community – Join Jon Wilks, CEO, IHSCM & Sue Jones, Director of Social Care, IHSCM for an insightful session as they discuss the inbuilt human psyche and consider the lessons we can learn from prehistoric humans on wellbeing and the power of community collaboration for collective prosperity.
