Sally-ann Baker, BA Hons, MA (Cantab), MSc, PGCE, FCMI: has 20+ years’ experience of bid-writing and management of over 1000 bids across a large variety of funding streams with an overall success rate of 74%, and since setting up Bidright UK in 2011, has secured over £200m of awarded contracts from a wide range of funders including NHS, Local Authorities, DfE. She has recruited / coached / managed over 50 bid writers, regularly managing large multiple bidding rounds of 23+ bids and has devised quality systems which lead to win rates of over 90% on some funding streams.

Christopher Lord, BA Hons, has nine years’ bid-writing experience across a wide range of industries including health, logistics, construction and medical equipment, both for bid-writing consultancies and as an employed writer for several large PLCs (Airbus), and health companies including Medigold Health and Medequip. Christopher has won many multi-million/ multi-billion contracts including resourcing, Community equipment services eg healthcare/ wheelchairs etc and now writes mainly for the Health and Social Care sector including domiciliary and residential care, supported living, health recruitment….
