How To Boost Leadership and Team Confidence

This workshop with our CEO Jon Wilks is designed to empower you with practical skills that will leave a lasting impact.

This session will take you through how to inspire others to lead and build confidence within your team. This begins with understanding who you have in your team. We will then provide easy to use techniques to implement and structures to follow but also understand when to challenge to benefit the team.

These workshops are FREE for IHSCM members* and available to non-members for £12.00**.

Members can earn 2 HPL points by attending this workshop towards Personal Development – Me, Myself and I and Leadership Excellence. HPL Dashboard – IHSCM (ihm.org.uk)
