Deputies Effective Leadership Training – Module 4 – Managing change and preparing to lead
Join our Director for Social Care, Sue Jones for this training session aimed at deputies and/or aspiring leaders looking at developing their leadership skills.
This module covers:
- The psychology of change
- Change management process
- Beware of the J Curve
- Bringing it all together to prepare to lead.
These sessions are FREE for IHSCM members* and available to non-members for £12.00 (inc VAT).
