This course is aimed at manger and directors who are looking to swap their analogue and paper based systems over to digital solutions.
It consists of 3 modules and 2 assignments. The assignments have been designed to be practical tools that you can use to help you along your digital journey.
In module one you will learn about:
- the benefits of going digital
- how to assess your current processes
- planning what you want from digital solutions
In module 2 you will learn about:
- David Gleicher’s formula for change
- Supporting your team with change
- Understanding team fears about digital solutions
- Who to involve when planning to go digital
In module 3 you will learn about:
- The questions you need to answer before switching to digital
- How to plan your pilot
At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion and also attain 6 IHSCM High Performance Leadership Competency Framework Points towards Leadership Excellence, Workforce, and Innovation, and 5 CPD points.
