You have probably seen on social media that our sister organisation The Academy of Fab Stuff is support Change Day with a yearlong supportive programme. #FabChanges22to23

The last 3 months people have been pledging about what they want to change/improve. You can see the key themes below – I’m sure for many of you these challenges and areas that require focus will come as no surprise.

Module 2 is about to start the aim is to support people in their  planning & offer practical tips & resources & webinars to empower you in making big or small changes which will improve outcomes for all The Art of the Possible Festival October 17th to  the 21st — a week of online events focused on making good stuff happen 

As members this presents you with three opportunities

1 Sign up and attend the webinars and networking session/ peer support around the topics which most resonate with your challenges

2 Circulate information about the Festival to your teams and encourage them to participate in events – you’ll find all the updates and programme announcements here https://fabnhsstuff.net/fab-collections/fabchanges22to23

3 Be one of the speakers, share your experience and hints/top tips around a specific theme – a 20-30 minute webinar at a time to suit you best – energise your teams by sharing their QI achievements. All the guests will be delivering their top tips and  key learnings around each of the pledge themes so that participants leave each session with a digital postcard signposting them to resources which will help them to achieve your pledge.
