Join us for Workshop 2 of 4 with Claire Mould, Director of Curve Strategic on 18th October 12pm-1pm via MS Teams for Establishing and Nurturing an Emotionally Intelligent Team. This workshop will explore establishing and nurturing an Emotional Intelligent Team, addressing the 5Cs Framework: Clarity; Cohesion; Compassion; Connectivity; Communication.

Summary:

This session will discuss what an emotionally intelligent team is, and how this differs from a team that is simply just functioning (and definitely an underperforming or dysfunctional team).

It will outline how establishing and nurturing an emotionally intelligent team will enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the team, and therefore the organisation as a whole.

The session will detail what an emotionally intelligent team looks like, why it is so effective, how this can be achieved and the positive impact this has in the workplace.

It will provide examples of this in practice and prompts for how emotional intelligence can be embedded into teams, explaining the critical importance of introducing the 5C’s framework (clarity, coherence, connectivity, communication and compassion) to organisational monitoring and evaluating, and employees’ professional development review.

Join us for Workshop 3 of 4 with Claire Mould, Director of Curve Strategic on 15th November 12pm-1pm via MS Teams on Compassionate Leadership and Organisational Growth. This workshop will explore Compassionate Leadership & successful, sustainable organisational growth, addressing policies, processes and putting them into practice.

This session will discuss what compassionate leadership is and how this differs from other forms of leadership.

It will explain the direct link between compassionate leadership and successful, sustainable organisational growth.

The session will detail the key components of compassionate leadership and how this can be achieved, providing examples of this in practice.

It will go on to explain how this must be underpinned by not only a clear understanding of the role of Policy, Processes, and, Practice but the fundamental importance of putting people in your organisation at the centre of this independent yet interdependent triangulation.

Join us for Workshop 4 of 4 with Claire Mould, Director of Curve Strategic on 20th December 12pm-1pm via MS Teams for Positive Recruitment and Retention. This workshop will explore positive recruitment and retention, addressing the journey of the employee, what is the perfect team member? and value based recruitment.

Summary:

This session will discuss what an effective recruitment process involves and why and how this is linked to successful retention.

It will explain the need to analyse the journey of employees from the point individuals first hearing about the organisation to the point that long term employees have developed personally and professionally, and grown within the organisation since being recruited.

This will involve a detailed consideration, with examples, of what constitutes value based, compassionate recruitment and how this needs to be extended beyond the recruitment and induction process.

The session will also examine what are considered to be the core components of a perfect team member, why this is, and how this can be achieved and maintained.
