Our Frail Older Care and Dementia Special Interest Group (SIG) are holding their monthly meeting on Thursday 24th June 2021 13:00-14:00. They would like to extend the meeting invitation to all IHSCM Members.

We will be joined by Mark Slaney who is Head of Procurement and Logistics at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. Mark is going to give us a short presentation on the work he and his team have been doing on Living Well at Home across Torbay.

We are also going to be joined by colleagues from the Department of Health and Social Care, from the Models of Care Team, they are interested in new and innovative models of care.
