Our health care leadership training is accredited, which means it counts towards your professional development, and is based on real life scenarios. Our High Performance Leadership is for either new leaders or leaders who would like a refresher.
We cover four modules
- Me, Myself and I
- High Performing Teams
- Operational Excellence
- Managing Change
You will come away feeling energised, inspired and confident.

We created our Deputies Effective Leadership Course following feedback from our Care Association Hubs.

This course is for new leaders when they have either just started, or about to start their leadership journey. The four modules are the same but the content and language is better suited to new leaders.
