This session will:
– outline the core components that need to be in place to enable your plan to be genuinely strategic and ultimately a worthwhile successful piece of work.
– describe how this plan must be seen as a working document, not a beautifully presented scribe that sits elegantly on the shelf to gather dust, and is never cross referenced or evident in practice.
– involve highlighting how to plan meaningful, relevant content that is transferable to the whole organisation and to all those involved. Employee engagement is fundamental to embedding this effectively.
– include addressing resistance to change and building resilience through detailed purpose, with sharp, key targets that are regularly monitored. The result of this is that the plan is embedded, achieved and built upon, and employees’ are retained.
