The Institute of Health & Social Care Management (IHSCM) are delighted to invite members to a special Spotlight session delivered in partnership with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT).
This session will be chaired by Jon Wilks, CEO of IHSCM, who joins as a guest chair for this collaborative event with GSTT, bringing exclusive access for IHSCM members to join colleagues from one of the UK’s leading NHS Trusts.

About Daghni:
Daghni’s career has evolved from Consultant Obstetrician and champion of maternal medicine, to Deputy Chief Medical Officer, and now Director of Medical Leadership and Professional Development at Guy’s and St Thomas’. Later this year, she will begin a new chapter as Regional Medical Director on NHS England’s South East Regional Executive Team.
Throughout her career, Daghni has combined clinical expertise with a deep commitment to improvement, inclusion and compassionate leadership. Her experience spans major NHS leadership roles, national advisory work, education, coaching and system transformation, including leading through some of the most challenging operational periods in recent years
Known for her work in leadership, equality and innovation, Daghni has built a career dedicated to improving care and supporting others to thrive. Her contributions have earned national recognition and senior fellowships. Outside work, she enjoys travelling, spending time on her allotment and keeping fit.
