Join IHSCM Director for Social Care, Sue Jones for this training series aimed at deputies and/or aspiring leaders looking at developing their leadership skills.
There are four 1 hour online modules, held weekly throughout May on 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th at 1.30pm.
All four modules of this programme need to be completed for a CPD certificate to be issued and should be attended in the order from 1 to 4 as they build on from one another.
Module 3: Leadership Excellence
This module covers:
- Understanding individual differences
- Understanding Perspectives
- Communication skills to lead well
- Introducing coaching to lead effectively
- Confidently giving effective feedback

This is FREE training for IHSCM Members. Please note you will need to enter your IHSCM membership number to qualify for the free ticket option. You can find your membership number by:
