Designed for health and social care management students, this session explores the diversity of European and international systems, the realities of working across borders, and the leadership behaviours needed to thrive in complex, evolving environments.

You’ll also take part in an interactive activity, join a live Q&A, and finish with a High Performance Leadership Masterclass delivered by Jon Wilks.
