Arden University has launched the UK’s first Level 7 postgraduate qualification designed exclusively for senior leaders and owners in adult social care. The PG Cert in Social Care Leadership and Transformation is a six-month, fully online programme carrying 60 credits at master’s level, with no exams and no campus attendance required.

Every assessment is applied directly to the student’s own organisation, meaning the learning has immediate strategic value from day one. The two modules — Growth, Change and Investment, and Digital Capabilities, Risk and Impact — address the real challenges senior care leaders are navigating right now, from organisational strategy and financial decision-making to AI adoption and digital transformation.

The first cohort starts in August 2026. Places are limited and a waiting list is already building. The total course fee is £2,000. Senior leaders, Registered Managers, and social care business owners wishing to register interest should contact [email protected].
