IHSCM and Arden University Strengthen Partnership and Professional Pathways

We, the Institute of Health & Social Care Management (IHSCM), and Arden University are delighted to announce that students completing Arden’s Level 4 and Level 5 Healthcare Management programmes are now eligible to apply for Fellowship of the IHSCM upon successful completion of their course requirements.

This new pathway recognises that Arden’s curriculum is fully aligned with IHSCM’s core personal and professional development competencies, ensuring that students graduate with the knowledge, behaviours, and practical experience expected of emerging leaders in the sector. Fellowship status provides formal recognition of their professional development and commitment to improving health and social care.

In addition to student eligibility, Arden staff are also able to apply for IHSCM Fellowship, further strengthening professional development opportunities across the university and supporting a culture of leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

This collaboration marks an exciting moment for education and workforce development in health and social care. By opening up a clear route into professional Fellowship, together, IHSCM and Arden are supporting the next generation of leaders who will shape services, champion compassionate practice, and drive improvements in care for all.
