Industry Based Engagement Programme (IBEP) Resources

Members, we have an exciting professional and personal development opportunity for you via our Education Hub, Arden University.

Arden University is seeking IHSCM professionals who are interested in contributing to the growth of our students through mentorship and interviews. Your involvement will not only enhance your skills but also play a crucial role in the development of the next generation of health and social care leaders.

Worried about time commitment? Don’t be. Whether you can spare 30 minutes to mentor up to three times a year or just 30 minutes for a single interview, your contribution will be highly valuable.

For each undertaking, you will attribute 1 HPL point towards the Me, Myself and I competency as part of the IHSCM High-Performance Leadership Competency Framework. Mentoring is a requirement of the framework if you would like to apply for IHSCM Fellowship.

To register interest, please contact Jennifer Irabor [email protected] (Project Lead).
