Psychologist Dr. Corey Keyes describes mental health using two spectrums. One that ranges from mental illness to no mental illness, and another that moves from languishing to flourishing. One of the key takeaways of his model is that even if you have a diagnosable condition like anxiety or depression, you can still flourish.
