As Mental Health Awareness Month concludes this week it’s time to talk about an incredibly important, and sometimes overlooked, aspect of mental health: mental health in the workplace. Turns out, work isn’t just about hitting deadlines or acing presentations; it’s also about how we feel while we’re doing our work.
