We are delighted to announce our partnership with Hapstar.
Hapstar is focused on improving workplace well-being. Their app helps employees manage their mental health and enables open communication between employers and teams. The platform provides valuable data to help organisations make informed decisions about wellbeing initiatives and promote employee wellness.
Our partnership with Hapstar will enable members to manage their well-being and identify areas of development through exclusive access to the platform as part of their IHSCM membership. We will work together to provide support where it is needed for members and the health and social care sector to improve workforce wellbeing.
Jon Wilks, Chief Executive, IHSCM, said: “The IHSCM exists to support and encourage the development of its many thousands of members. We are absolutely thrilled to include Hapstar’s considerable wellbeing resources into our existing content for those members. Workforce wellbeing remains a key foundation for any successful organisation and Hapstar’s partnership with us further enables this.”
Adam Campbell, CEO of Hapstar, said: “We’re excited to bring all of the Hapstar wellbeing benefits to IHSCM members, who will have full access to the platform and services from 1st June”
IHSCM members will have access to the platform from 1st June 2024 and are invited to an exclusive PowerHour with Adam Campbell, CEO of Hapstar, on Tuesday, 4th June, 12:00-13:00 via Microsoft Teams to set well-being goals for personal and professional development.
IHSCM members can register for the event here.
