Do Social Care staff need the bonus?

Yes it should have been given months ago for social care staff as a monetary thankyou, it is needed, but is not necessarily the answer.

A greater benefit of the sector would have been to delay the mandatory vaccine keeping tens of thousands of people in a job that they enjoy.

Care workers in social care would also benefit from a higher wage, we need a huge address in the disparity of wages, the public image of social care is a wonderful sector, it should be a lucrative sector to work in.
