Care home workers shouldering an increased workload could face being turned down for crisis grants without urgent funding, a charity has warned.
The departure of thousands of employees from the sector because of the mandatory Covid-19 vaccine rules will place added pressure on employees who remain at work, which in turn could worsen their physical and mental health.
